S.O.U.L collects certain personal information to allow you to access your S.O.U.L account and determine whether you match with Free Product Samples made available by our brands. This information includes your email address, password, name, gender, date of birth, IP address, mobile phone number, and your responses to any pre-sampling questionnaires. When you match with Free Product Samples we may also collect your shipping information, in order to send you the samples you’ve matched with. Following receipt of your free samples, we may also collect your responses to any post-sampling surveys you complete.
We collect all of the information described above only with your explicit consent.
We hold your personal information for as long as you maintain a S.O.U.L account. You may access, rectify, download or delete any personal information we hold about you at any time by logging into your S.O.U.L account at www.soul.attention-jordan or by contacting us at info@attention-jordan.com
S.O.U.L will share your personal information with the sponsor of this sampling program, S.O.U.L, so that they may analyze their program participants and continue to communicate with you. If you match with free samples and explicitly opt-in to receive further information from the brands you’ve sampled from, we will also share your personal information with those brands so that they may analyze their sample claimants and continue to communicate with you. When we share information, S.O.U.L enters into data protection agreements as required by applicable laws to ensure a comparable level of data protection.
Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your jurisdiction, where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. S.O.U.L stores and processes personal data in Jordan and MENA Area, and may also transfer Personal Information to other countries. When such transfer occurs, we enter into contractual agreements with our suppliers that ensure compliance with data protection legislation at a compatible level of protection.
Marketing Communication Notice
When you claim free product samples under this sampling program, S.O.U.L and the sponsor of this sampling program, S.O.U.L, may send you surveys related to the sampling program or the brands you’ve sampled so that you may provide feedback on your experience. We may also provide you with coupons or other promotional materials related to the sampling program or the brands you’ve sampled to thank you for your participation in this sampling program.
